Short-term, solution focused interventions, usually 8 to 10 sessions.
This type of intervention is best suited to someone who has a specific problem, a clear goal and the aim is to work in a focused way to achieve the solution.
Medium term, process-oriented interventions, around 6 to 12 months.
This type of intervention suits those who need to process emotions from childhood or a specific traumatic event, allowing what needs to come up to emerge fluidly, using intuition, dream analysis and trusting your own subconscious mind and the psychotherapy process to achieve insight, healing and holistic change.
It can be very beneficial to add a Rapid Transformational Therapy session at the end of a psychotherapy block.
