Everyone struggles with their mental health at times, it is part of the human condition.

Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2003 I have worked with a wide range of psychological problems in children, adolescents and adults. Everyone struggles with their mental health at times, it is part of the human condition.

Thankfully attitudes about seeking help for mental health issues are changing and many are realising how important this is.  Nothing is more precious than the state of our minds; we take our internal worlds with us everywhere we go.

Nothing is more precious than the state of our minds.

I use Psychodynamic and Integral Psychology theoretical models and draw on Cognitive Behavioural and Mindfulness techniques. I have recently added Rapid Transformational Therapy as an additional intervention.

Essentially, regardless of the theoretical models and techniques used, we are all subject to negative conditioning or ‘faulty programming’ in our lives, and the aim of my interventions is to support patients to identify this, process it and replace the conditioned ideas with self-selected positive and life-enhancing ideas.

Via this process we come to know our true selves; the self at the core of our being.

Although it requires courage and determination, I can say with certainty that I have seen profound changes in people and I am confident about the great benefits of engaging in psychotherapy or counselling.

  • Individual Psychotherapy
  • Rapid Transformational Therapy
  • Personal Growth.

I focus on creating a safe, authentic, reflective space to promote healing and growth.

About Wave-Particle Duality

The wave symbol references wave-particle duality;  the property of matter which at one moment appear as waves. Yet at another, like a particle.

I use this as a metaphor for our own capacity for higher levels of consciousness (as in wave-like mentality), as opposed to survival-based levels (as in a particle-like mentality)
